Ownership of Happiness

One of the most important things we can do in life is to take ownership of our own happiness. We cannot rely on external factors or other people to make us happy; true happiness comes from within.

This means that we need to take responsibility for our thoughts, emotions, and actions, and actively work towards creating a life that brings us joy and fulfillment. This might involve setting goals, pursuing our passions, cultivating positive relationships, and prioritizing self-care.
